We are currently looking for a HR Operations Coordinator to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing the team of five Operations Advisers/Help-desk Administrators responsible for the operation of the HR Help-desk UK and employee life cycle activities such as preparing leaver correspondence, changes to terms and conditions, confirmation of maternity/paternity/unpaid leave requests, probation letters, payroll changes etc.
* Ensuring the effective running of the HR Help-desk, ensuring enquiries are resolved accurately and on a timely basis.

* Working with the Regional HR UK Lead on the streamlining and documentation of HR operational processes across the different parts of the organisation.
* Taking the lead on the management and improvement of our Cascade HRIS system, setting up queries, reports and workflows, working closely with our Data Specialist to ensure accurate data in all systems.
* Providing support to the HR UK Regional Lead in the gathering and production of management information and HR metrics information.
* Taking responsibility for the continuous improvement of the HR administration processes.

Skills and Experience

* Strong team leadership skills.
* Excellent literacy, numeracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
* A proactive and ‘can do’ approach.
* Results/delivery focus.
* The ability to take personal responsibility for making things happen.
* A desire for continuous improvement.
* An awareness of the importance of confidentiality and data protection.
* Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel) and ability to pick up different IT systems quickly. Ideally good knowledge of Cascade HRIS system. Agresso/SAP software experience desirable but not essential.
